Please be sure to include the original shipping document with your return, as if we receive an item without a name or shipping document we will not be able to identify it and therefore it will not be processed.

We do not currently cover postage for any returns.

We recommend that you send your item via a traceable service and always keep proof of shipment in case it is lost in transit.

Please note that all items must be in original condition and with original packaging in order for us to accept your return. If your order is returned without all of the original packaging, your return or exchange will not be processed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products, earrings or solid gold orders as they are either custom made or for hygienic reasons.

You may return your item through our portal within 14 days of the delivery date of your order.
